Delivery Policy
Every gift bouquet is personally hand-delivered and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 2:00 PM, Monday - Friday, or before 12:00 Noon on Saturdays in the recipient's time zone. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

Q What notice do you require for wedding flowers?
A As a guide generally three months before your big day but in order to avoid
disappointment, we would recommend you book as early as possible.
Q Can I alter my order?
A Yes, additions or alterations can be a made up to two weeks before the
wedding. Should the final package cost change a new invoice will be issued.
Q Is it possible to move my flowers from the church to the reception?
A We can provide a service to move any floral arrangements to your chosen
reception venue.

If you have a problem with your product you must notify us by telephone or email on the day you receive the goods.
Need to Return a product?
Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasise in our business.
Due to the nature of the products we sell on this site returns cannot be accepted unless they have been damaged in transit or you are not satisfied with your product.
We'll need the following information to authorise your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item product code
- Nature of the problem
Cancellations
Cancellations on flower orders can only be accepted if received 48 hours before the requested delivery date. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received by us on the following working day.
Cancellations cannot be accepted if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents direct delivery such as in the case of an incorrect work or home address. The customer can obtain new information so the order can then be properly delivered using correct information.
Lindsays is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. Lindsays will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery. Lindsays cannot be held responsible if an order is delayed due to a florist not available to make delivery. In cases where an order is being sent to an area where there is limited delivery coverage, we will make every attempt to find a florist outside of the area to accommodate the order. However, this may cause the order to be delayed from being delivered on the original delivery date.
Bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided by Lindsays.
